At first listen, this record is a mess. Haphazard and nonsensical, beats are scattered and guitars are everywhere. At points the two musicians come together to make great music and those points aren’t as rare as you think. Intertwining amongst the aural refuse is some striking musicianship that blends jazz and punk perfectly.
